The previous Fix was a mistake! TB6612 has pull-downs, so disable pulls on all pins going there. EQEP1 has external pull-downs, so disable pulls there again. EQEP0,2 and the PRU emulated Encoder should mimic EQEP1 electrical behaviour, so set pull-downs there. Signed-off-by:Patrick Menschel <menschel.p@posteo.de>
