Added a spec and some comments for explaining why we need to call undef_vars before a call with a block

Continued closured. Create nested contexts for blocks with a reference to the parent closure context.

Initialize some instance variables to false to consume less memory (30 MB less to compile the compiler ^_^)

Add Dir.mkdir_p and move macros to .crystal
