Started implementing splats. Splat in def arguments are now working. Missing: combine them with default values and also allow splatting call arguments.

Fixed: was incorrectly giving error "can't deduce generic type in recursive method" for a class that was never instantiated. Also: fixed missing locations of ast nodes that were created from a hash literal
