Changed OptionParser to keep "on" handlers and execute them at the end. That way if one handler exists we can still print the whole banner. Fixes #143

Changed "yield with scope" syntax from "foo.yield args" to "with foo yield args". This allows us to have methods named "yield", for example do to Fiber.yield
