Resolved pdf pageBreak issue

This PR resolves the Download pdf -> pageBreak issue.

Before: - Old_pageBreaks.pdf

After: - Corrected.pdf

Reason of page break before:- If we don't specify anything regarding page clearing in our LaTeX document, the default behavior of \cleardoublepage will be followed. This means LaTeX will automatically insert page breaks to ensure that new chapters or sections start on a right-hand page, as is customary in book-style layouts. The line r"\let\cleardoublepage\clearpage" added to the preamble in the latex_elements dictionary essentially modifies the behavior of \cleardoublepage to act like \clearpage. Unlike \cleardoublepage, \clearpage does not specifically ensure that the next page starts on a right-hand page in a two-sided document. Instead, it simply starts a new page immediately.
