Move docs to source

Ayush Singh requested to merge ayush1325/docs.beagleboard.io:fix-all-errors into main
  • Currently, a list of excluded folders needs to be maintained in conf.py. Moving docs 1 level deeper will allow easy separating docs and no-docs stuff.
  • The current sphix docs recommend have all the docs into source.
  • Also fix beagle connect technology grphviz.
