My Main to Staging of Main/relay.rst and 02sensors.rst

Hello,

I saw in the terms and conditions (T & C) section of the index.rst there is a license.

I have just contacted the man that allowed me to use the scratch source turned useful to the BBB world for the Relay Cape.

I am waiting on his response, i.e. even though I received authority to use the source, I was not sure about licensing.

P.S. And! I technically changed some usage in language (English) for the docs so they are better annotated w/ better understandings and easier command usage. b7d2c84c This commit SHA has failed the Pipeline so far.
