Updates to the Merge!

I have updated items to reflect the usage for libgpiod/gpiod and .c files for the correct location and CIS (Cape Interface Spec).

I think this is more compact and to the point for getting started. The libgpiod/gpiod example now shows no errors. I think I have someone to thank? Anyway, all is well. One small note, the libgpiod example still does not work correctly due to the .dts file being a sysfs example instead of an updated libgpiod .dts example. Maybe we can work on it? Anyway, I have been reading the kernel docs again and I think it is plausible that trying may prove valuable.
