Enhance - Simplified and clarified setup of tools, extended inclusion of SMARTHLS tools

Simplifies tool setup - setup-microchip-tools.sh no longer needs to be edited, SMARTHLS tools are now also included in the tool setup, and have been tested with success. Documentation has been improved and clarified. Latest DAEMON's are now linked. License setup now clear. More minor improvements.
