Addition of comms cape to capes section of documentation

In this MR I added comms cape alongside the relay cape in the cape section of boards documentation. I also update the BeagleV-Fire document on usage of comms cape to link to this doc instead of the readme on the repository. Please have a look and let me know if any changes are required.
