Renaming: Rename "High Speed Connector" to "SYZYGY".

Renaming build options and file structure to use SYZYGY instead of "High speed connector". Keeps nomenclature consistent with board documentation. Should also help with an issue in generating device tree overlays for the SYZYGY interface build options as there were inconsistencies between folder name and script build option name.
