Cape: dtso: prepare for kernel-next

We have some reworking to do before the device-trees will work seamlessly on both kernel 6.1 and 6.6:

Playing around with the linux4microchip+fpga-2024.09 tag, I noticed some name collisions and I have removed them.

While at that, I got annoyed with the device-tree compiler moaning and grinding it's gears,
so I decided to also clear all the warnings, while I was at it anyway.

That explains why I committed in stages.
