feat(versal): add support for QEMU COSIM platform

QEMU COSIM introduces a new platform id for Versal Platform.
QEMU COSIM is equivalent to QEMU with additional COSIM
extensions, so just switching platform_id to QEMU if QEMU COSIM
id is detected.
