Updated Ethernet Switch Firmware for all supported platforms.  The
firmware changes since last version are relevant to R5F running ETHFW,
such as checksum offload and scatter-gather support.

There is no compatibility change with respect to Linux virtual MAC
driver.

Updated the j721e and j7200 ti-eth firmwares to SDK 08.04.00.04.
This firmware version fixes a conflict between RMII PHY reset
gpio and McASP pin settings used for audio.  Also, the VSC8514
QSGMII PHY reset to SMI active time is being fixed which caused
sporadic incorrect PHY register read values.
