This commit add latest WILC1000 FW binary release v15.4. In latest
driver maintaining the API version info along with FW file name, so added
API version details in file name i.e. wilc1000_wifi_firmware-1.bin.

This commit adds a new unified firmware for the wilc1000
staging driver with below items addressed.

- Single firmware supports STA, AP and P2P modes.
- Support suspend/resume on WILC1000.
- Verify PS stability for WILC1000.
- Bug fixes
