Update the following ti-dm firmware

08.04.01.02 for AM62x

Major changes compared to previous version:
- ctrl_mmr locks to be left unlocked by DM firmware
- Software reset sequence updated to use correct ctrl_mmr registers
- ARM PLL not re-initialized by DM firmware to preserve SPL settings
