ti-pruss: Update ICSSG SR2.0 PRU Ethernet and Switch firmwares for AM65x

Update ICSSG SR2.0 PRU Ethernet and Switch firmwares to version
REL.PRU-ICSS-ETHERNET-SWITCH_02.02.12.05.

This firmware fixes below
 - RTU buffer allocation issue using buffer pool manager
 - RX stall issue during DMA during shutdown.
 - 100HD retransmit: TX PRU stops on excess collision
 - Update PSIL Flow ID in BSRAM
