brcm: Add 4330 NVRAM for the Prowise PT301 tablet

Add a NVRAM file for the Ampak AP6330 Wifi/BT module as used on the
Prowise PT301 tablet. This file is based on the existing
brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.AP6212.txt NVRAM file with the values adjusted
for the Prowise PT301 tablet.
