MAINTAINERS: Update Framebuffer file patterns

Since the commit f7018c21

 "video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev",
all framebuffer drivers were moved to fbdev directory. Thus, file
patterns of these framebuffer drivers should be updated correctly.
