Unfortunately, we can not use symbol ≥
in the docs website because it breaks the latexpdf build.
I haven't figured out how to resolve this isse thus replaed all ≥

for now in the docs.
Sad to hear this is a problem with latexpdf. Is it related to the font chosen?
It's showing the asciicode not supported, now sure if the font is causing problem. I will see if we can change the font to overcome this.
I think this phrasing would make more sense:
If powering via USB-C, ensure your computer or power supply provides 3A @ 5V. If using USB-C for tethering only, include a power supply of 3A @ 5V via the barrel jack. If additional peripherals are attached to BeagleBone AI-64, such as on the USB ports, increase the supply current accordingly.
