@RobertCNelson @jadonk please review my code, Everything has been tested on BBBWL and BBAI.

This PR provides BBAI support for 4.3" LCD cape. It also includes a compatible Device Tree Overlay for CTAG face2|4 multichannel soundcard - 8 audio channel, thanks to NiklasWan for helping with that.
