Malware link in documentation (PyPRUSS)

The reference link for PyPRUSS on the PRU Projects page (https://docs.beagleboard.org/latest/books/pru-cookbook/projects.html) leads to a malicious page that tries to install an alleged browser search plugin. It's caught by uBlock Origin's "Badware risks" filter, but should be replaced. A candidate replacement is the project's main GitHub URL: https://github.com/MuneebMohammed/pypruss

I tried to fork the documentation on GitLab to make the change and submit a PR, but the fork process failed.
