Subject: [PATCH] Bluetooth: Use kzalloc instead of kmalloc/memset

Replace kmalloc+memset by kzalloc
for better readability and simplicity.

This addresses the cocci warning below:

WARNING: kzalloc should be used for d, instead of kmalloc/memset
